We can now offer the same high quality at Casa Solares, in a purpose built house designed to our specifications.
Chite is an ideally placed, picturesque village, surrounded by orange groves, in the green and fertile Lecrin valley, only a few minutes away from Casa Eras.
The house has been designed with couples and singles in mind, and has two first floor self contained, one-bedroom holiday flats equipped to a very high standard. There is a solar heated plunge pool exclusively for guests, available for use all year round, and ample outside spaces, including a large roof terrace with beautiful mountain views.
Jasmine
- is 50 square meters, with a modern kitchen, ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The lounge area has comfortable seating for four, satellite TV, DVD /CD player, wood burning stove, central heating and a patio door onto a large private balcony.
The bathroom is equipped with WC, sink and shower cubicle, and there is a large double bedroom with access to the pool.
NB Although only for two people there is an adjacent en-suite double bedroom (subject to availability) that may be rented for a small additional charge to make this apartment suitable for four people or two singles.
Rosa
- is 25 square metres, with a small modern kitchen, ceramic hob, electric oven and fridge. The lounge area has comfortable seating for two, satellite TV, DVD/ CD player and central heating.
There is a large en-suite bedroom with access to the pool.
NB For a small additional charge a further en-suite bedroom (subject to availability) can make this apartment suitable for two single people.
Other facilities
Pool
A solar heated plunge pool. We have designed it with a concertina glass door that can be opened in the summer to a small outdoor terrace.
Roof Terrace
There is a large roof terrace with wonderful views, and comfortable furnishings. There is also a WC and washing machine.
Communications
Wifi internet access and computer available.
The area
While it is advisable to hire a car, Chite is suitable for people not wanting to hire one, we can provide transport to and from Granada airport (price available on request) Ryanair fly direct to Granada, from Liverpool, Stanstead and Eastmidlands. There is a local bus service, linking the surrounding towns and villages with Granada and the coast.
There are bars, restaurants, shops and banks in the neighbouring village of Talara, an easy ten minute walk away.
From Chite there are many walks, around the local orange groves, to the lake and into the foothills of the Sierra Nevada National Park.

For an additional fee of £50 per week we can offer private use of the shared roof terrace, pool, reading area and other shared facilities.The offer is subject to no prior booking of the apartment Rosa. The additional payment to be made at the time of booking Jasmine, so we can ensure that no bookings are taken for Rosa.
